Bobby is a professional business recruiter who helps companies locate top talent in the market place. Prior to establishing True Achievers Group LLC, Bobby spent 14 years switching careers (a.k.a. job-hopping) in various industries including Technology, Insurance, Training, Advertising and Recruiting. Impressive employers include CompuCom, Dell, Nortel, Chubb Group of Insurance, Zig Ziglar Corporation, and Management Recruiters International. Throughout his career changes with large and small companies, Bobby gained knowledge of the hiring process and discovered his real passion…RECRUITING. It was a natural path for him to join Management Recruiters International in February of 2005 and become one of the top producers in his office winning Rockie Rangers Monthly AE Awards. His desire to succeed and his passion for helping employers identify top talent drove him to become the President of True Achievers Group in May 2007. He presently focuses on insurance needs and is constantly looking for the next achiever to place in the market. In addition to insurance he has contacts in multiple industries making him an excellent recruiting source.

The DAMC Business Roundtable offers an opportunity for Aggie former students to network and share leads on potential prospects/clients. The Roundtable began in the Fall of 1993; and through the guidance of its early directors, has blossomed into untold amounts of revenue for companies led by Aggies.

The cost is $5.00 per person per meeting and net proceeds help fund Dallas A&M Club scholarships for students from the area who want to attend Texas A&M University.

This group serves two primary missions:
1. Facilitate business networking among Aggies;
2. Help those Ags in transition find new jobs.

At every meeting Aggies can display their business cards, brochures, and other literature on a table at the front of the meeting area designated for that purpose. Each participant receives the opportunity to tell the group who they are, what they do, and what an ideal client for them might be. After self introductions, the group gets to hear from a special guest speakers who have been previously scheduled to address the group at length (10-20 minutes).

Upon the conclusion of the formal meeting, Aggies are encouraged to mingle and network on an informal basis. The Roundtable also compiles a directory of the participants. This directory includes name, title, company, address, various phone numbers, and a brief description of the Aggie’s business. There is a nominal charge for the directory to cover copy costs.

Come join us and bring plenty of business cards!
