At every meeting Aggies can display their business cards, brochures, and other literature on a table at the front of the meeting area designated for that purpose. Each participant receives the opportunity to tell the group who they are, what they do, and what an ideal client for them might be. After self introductions, the group gets to hear from a special guest speakers who have been previously scheduled to address the group at length (10-20 minutes).
Upon the conclusion of the formal meeting, Aggies are encouraged to mingle and network on an informal basis. The Roundtable also compiles a directory of the participants. This directory includes name, title, company, address, various phone numbers, and a brief description of the Aggie’s business. There is a nominal charge for the directory to cover copy costs.

Guest Speaker/Program: Structured Networking.
www.aggieroundtable.com
The DAMC Business Roundtable offers an opportunity for Aggie alumni to network and share leads on potential prospects/clients. The Roundtable began in the Fall of 1993; and through the guidance of its early directors, has blossomed into untold amounts of revenue for companies lead by Aggies.
The cost is $5.00 per person per meeting and the net proceeds go to fund Dallas A&M Club scholarships for students from the area who want to attend Texas A&M University.
